Roster 2023-2024: Joe Dowdle
Attention turns to the Stars blue line as Billingham welcome back Joe Dowdle for the coming season. Another player from the current crop of Billingham Juniors graduates, defenceman Joe is signing up for his fourth campaign as a senior Star. Joe improved his all-round game again last season as he stepped up to become an integral part of the Stars blue line, often shouldering extra responsibility when Billingham found themselves light at the back. Joe is looking forward to playing with a core group that he has been with for many years now, and is relishing the prospect of a wide-open league with perhaps some silverware making it’s way back to Teesside.
