Roster 2023-2024: Thomas Brown
A key component of the Stars success and a popular squad member for the past four seasons, Billingham are delighted that netminder Thomas Brown will return for the 2023-2024 campaign for what he sees as ‘unfinished business’. 22-year-old Thomas is a Teessider by birth but spent much of his childhood in Canada, learning his trade in the junior hockey system before coming back to the UK six years ago to hook up initially with Whitley Warriors. Thomas returned to his roots the following season and has been an integral part of the Stars ever since, catching the eye particularly in these past two years when he has backstopped many of Billingham’s standout performances. A fan favourite, the return of Thomas means a significant piece of the Stars jigsaw is in place as the foundations are laid for the coming season.
